Project Design

As part of EME 7631: Research in Technology Project Management, I developed a comprehensive instructional design project from initial analysis through the complete design phase. While the project was not intended to be developed into a finished product, it provided hands-on experience applying the instructional design process, including needs analysis, learning objectives, project planning, and design documentation.

Project Overview

This project focused on designing an instructional solution for lengthy and repetitive professional development and preplanning sessions in local public schools. The goal was to turn these sessions into an e-learning course. The project followed the instructional design process from needs analysis through design documentation, resulting in a comprehensive plan ready for development.
